ETSS is a community based 501(c)(3) organization that helps new arrivals from all countries establish roots and gain self-sufficiency in Columbus through programs and services that encourage community integration, sustained employment, education, health, and strong families. We provide services to both adults and children through employment assistance, ESL courses, After School programs, Summer camps, and advocates for victims of domestic violence.
ETSS has served people from the following countries:
Bhutan, Burma, Burundi, Cameroon, Cambodia, Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guinea, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Jordan, Laos, Mexico, Morocco, Mauritania, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Rwanda, Senegal, Somalia, Sri Lanka, North & South Sudan, Syria, Tanzania and Ukraine.
To be the focal point of integration for immigrants, refugee families, and low income individuals in Central Ohio in order to improve the quality of their lives, to facilitate their integration through education, training, supportive services, and self-development opportunities, and to increase the awareness of their culture and heritage in Central Ohio.
