Success (P2S)

Pathways 2 Success (P2S) is a youth-focused workforce development program designed by ETSS to empower low-income youth in Central Ohio. Through two targeted programs: Summer Youth Employment Program and Achieve More & Prosper, P2S equips young people with the tools, experiences, and support needed to thrive in school, work, and life.

About the Program:

The P2S Summer Youth Employment Program gives youth the opportunity to gain hands-on work experience, develop professional skills, and earn a paycheck to support their basic needs. The program is designed to serve as a steppingstone to future, unsubsidized employment, helping youth build confidence, job readiness, and long-term career potential.

Reside in Licking County

  • Ages 16-18

  • Currently enrolled in school

  • Must meet low-income eligibility

Monday through Friday 9 am – 5 pm

Paid work experience at $13 per hour.

  • 8-week employment period.

Achieve More and Prosper:

The P2S AMP program empowers low-income youth ages 16-18 in Franklin County to build meaningful career pathways that lead to long-term employment and economic self-sufficiency. P2S AMP provides each participant with a customized plan based on their individual goals, strengths, and barriers. Through mentorship, coaching, and support services, AMP helps youth break the cycle of poverty and prepare for a prosperous future.

Reside in Franklin County

  • Ages 16-18

  • Currently enrolled in school

  • Must meet low-income eligibility

Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

  • Leadership Development

  • Career Awareness, Counseling and Exploration Services

  • Tutoring

  • Financial Literacy Education

  • Supportive Services (Assistance with Transportation, Assistance with Educational Testing, School Supplies, and more.)

  • Entrepreneurial Skills Training
