ENGAGEMENT WORKS
Engagement Works bridges the gap to meet the needs of employers while meeting the training needs of New Americans in Central Ohio. The program partners with Central Ohio businesses to create customized workplace training programs for immigrant and refugee employees.

We deliver training in teamwork, problem-solving, and community competency to strengthen workplace integration and create more confident, adaptable employers and employees.

Job Skills & Communication Training
We provide tailored workshops to teach job specific skills and workplace communication, so clients are better prepared for their current position and able to seek advancement opportunities at their employer.
ESL & Workplace Language Development
We offer English as a Second Language and business English classes focused on communication in professional environments, ensuring participants can thrive in their workplaces.

EDUCATION, EMPLOYMENT, & EMPOWERMENT
The Education, Employment, Empowerment (EEE) Program connects New Americans with the skills and support they need to live healthy, self-reliant lives in Central Ohio. This program includes Employability Skills, Training, and Job Placement; ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) Classes; Small Business Training and Technical Assistance; and the RIDA (Refugee Individual Development Account) Program. Training and assistance schedules vary, along with location.
Refugee Individual Development Account Program
This asset building program teaches micro enterprise, financial literacy and assists with home buying and car purchases.
Entrepreneurship Support
For those interested in starting their own businesses, we provide entrepreneurship training, mentorship, and access to microloans and small business resources.
Job Readiness Training
We offer workshops and training programs to help adults develop job readiness skills, including resume writing, interview preparation, workplace communication, and job search strategies.
Employment Placement Services
We assist clients in finding and securing employment opportunities that match their skills, interests, and career goals, providing ongoing support and follow-up to ensure success.
FLOW HUB SERVICES
Our FLOW Hub Services are a wraparound service ecosystem designed to meet clients wherever they are regardless of background, skill level, or circumstance, helping guide them toward sustainable employment through an interconnected network of support services.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
English Language Classes
We offer English language instruction at various levels to help adults improve their language proficiency and communication skills, both for daily living and employment purposes.
Education Navigation
We assist clients in enrolling in adult education programs, vocational training, and higher education opportunities to further their academic and career advancement.
Digital Literacy Training
We provide instruction on basic computer skills, internet usage, and digital literacy to help adults access information, communicate, and navigate online resources effectively.
