SURVIVOR CARE
Survivor Care Services supports immigrant and refugee survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, and trauma. The program facilitates safety planning, case management, advocacy, education, basic needs support, and community partnerships.
Intensive Case Management
Personalized support to help survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking navigate housing, healthcare, safety planning, legal services, and other critical needs.
Resource Navigation & Advocacy
Access critical community resources, including emergency and long-term housing, healthcare and legal services, public benefits, employment support, transportation, and other essential services to reduce barriers and empower informed decision-making.
Basic Needs Assistance
Access to clothing, hygiene supplies, and household items through our Sole Shop.

Our Community Health & Wellness Services offers Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) education through Health Literacy and Cultural Competency Training. Staff meet behavioral health and public health needs, including outreach, education, training, and referral. Refugees, immigrants, and New Americans facing barriers to navigate needed services are eligible. Staff operate Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM remotely and in-person from our Whitehall office.

Health Screenings & Referrals
We coordinate health screenings and connect clients with healthcare providers for medical, dental, and mental health services, ensuring they have access to quality healthcare.
Health Education Workshops
We offer workshops and educational sessions on topics such as nutrition, preventive care, reproductive health, and managing chronic conditions to promote overall wellness and disease prevention.
Trauma-Informed Support
We provide trauma-informed services and support to help clients heal from past experiences, cope with stress, and build resilience.

Maternity Care Connections is a free community-based program that helps expecting mothers and women of reproductive age (13–49) access the care and resources they need to thrive. Our team of Community Health Workers provides personalized support, guidance, referrals, assistance with applying for Medicaid coverage, and connections to primary care and other community resources. We also provide community outreach to meet women where they are and help reduce barriers to care. We proudly serve Franklin, Greene, Miami, Clark, and Champaign counties, promoting healthier pregnancies and increased access to medical care for women.

OHIOKAN
OhioKAN (Ohio Kinship and Adoption Navigator) is a flexible and responsive kinship and adoption navigator program designed to support children, youth, and their families. Building on the premise that families are inherently capable of finding solutions to the circumstances and challenges they face, OhioKAN takes an inclusive, engaging, and genuine approach to strengthening families and their networks. With the support of dedicated ETSS staff, OhioKAN’s 100% free services will help kinship and adoptive families navigate and connect with all of the resources available locally and statewide.
