CULTURAL BROKERAGE SERVICES
Navigation and interpretation of language, cultural norms, values, and workplace practices to support successful integration and retention. Services are available by appointment or as needed and are especially valuable for performance reviews, conflict resolution, on-the-job training, and new employee orientations.
On-Site Case Management
Direct support connecting individuals to social services, immigrant resources, healthcare access, public benefits, and food assistance.
CLAS-Aligned Support
Services grounded in Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services standards.
HR Support
Assistance to employers in building inclusive, culturally responsive workplace practices.
ENGLISH LANGUAGE CLASSES
Pricing is based on a class schedule of two classes offered weekly for 12 weeks. This fee covers a customized 12-week curriculum designed to address the unique needs of your employees and assist them in communicating more effectively in the workplace. We would be able to adapt the schedule and pricing to your unique needs.
WORKSHOPS & SPECIALIZED TRAININGS
This service can be scheduled in 2-hour blocks at the employers preference over the course of many days or weeks. Request 2 to 10 hours of interactive trainings, seminars, or workshops based on your needs and designed to build essential workplace and life skills.
