On Tuesday, September 29th from 10AM to 11:30AM, ETSS is joining a community-wide effort called The Big Table.
At a time when many people feel increasingly disconnected from one another, The Big Table creates opportunities for meaningful conversations that help build understanding, trust, and belonging. By gathering people together, especially those who may not otherwise meet, we can strengthen the relationships that help individuals flourish and communities thrive. Positive change begins with a conversation.
This year's theme is “Belonging Across Generations: Stories of Resilience and Connection.” We'll be discussing storytelling as a bridge between older and younger generations within newcomer communities and long-time Central Ohio residents. We'll focus in on cultural wisdom, shared experience, and battling isolation as key topics throughout the conversation.
Space is limited, so RSVP is required by Friday, September 25th. Please reach out to us at info@ethiotss.org if you have any questions. We can't wait to connect with you!
